All apartments have views of Clifden bay and harbour. Each apartment is allocated one car parking space in the underground carpark and this is included in the prices quoted.

Apartments can be reserved with a booking deposit of 4% of the price of the apartment. Contracts will be issued as soon as possible after the sale is agreed with the balance upto 10% payable on signing contracts. The apartments are expected to be completed in December, 2005, when the balance of the purchase price will be payable.
